Online Orders

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn/unused, with tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email customercare@scoutandsparrow.com with your order number, item(s), reason for return, and photos if damaged/incorrect. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • We cover return shipping only if the wrong item was sent or it arrived damaged.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, place a new order and return the original item once approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery and email us within 3 days if something is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method usually within 5-7 business days. Processing by your bank or card company may vary.

Brick & Mortar Purchases

Purchases made at our physical retail locations are subject to the return policy posted in-store. Please refer to the policy at the time of purchase.

European Union—14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging. Standard exclusions (e.g., custom items, perishables) still apply.
