Online Orders

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn/unused, with tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@scoutandsparrow.com with your order number, item(s), reason for return, and photos if damaged/incorrect. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • We cover return shipping only if the wrong item was sent or it arrived damaged.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, place a new order and return the original item once approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery and email us within 3 days if something is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing by your bank or card company may take longer.

Brick & Mortar Purchases

Purchases made at our physical retail locations are subject to the return policy posted in-store. Please refer to the policy at the time of purchase.

European Union—14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging. Standard exclusions (e.g., custom items, perishables) still apply.
